More details to this question:
Hello. My Question is about a Trust that was set up year's ago by my Grandfather. A few year's ago I learned that I was kicked out when I was 7. Because I told on him. He was molesting me and my sister's and our friends. Im now 44 he passed away. He was sued by my friends and then I sued him. He lost in court. Im just wondering when my grandma passes away myself and 2 other cousin s arent in the trust. Do we have any rights to get what all the other grandchildren are getting?

What an unfortunate circumstance you have been placed in.  If you won your lawsuit, you may have some means of recovery against your grandfather's assets and that is likely your best course of action. However, I am sorry to say that you are not entitled to an inheritance, regardless of why you were removed as a trust beneficiary. I hope you are able to achieve some relief now that your grandfather has passed.
