Uncontested Divorce and home.

More details to this question:
wife abandoned children and home 11 years ago she filed for divorce paper dont say much. says The issues of equitable distribution of martial property, the payment or wavier of spousal support and or maintenance and the payment of counsel and experts fees have been resolved by the parties and neither party is seeking a determination from the court regarding the same. what does this mean. papers dont say much but our names and residence she is in a nursing home with a mind set of a 12 year old they tole me i couldn't file? but she did. any way is she not asking for anything from the home. just a divorce , they want me to acknowledged and sign some thing and send it back. should i since house or assets were mentioned. i have no assets only an old home.no lids under 18. disabled.
