Uncontested Divorce/Visitiation/Harassment

I have a pending uncontested divorce which my husband default on the agreements. I divorced him because of his infidelity. His mistress is still stalking me and my children heavily. It's at a point where the children and I felt unsafe in our home. I called the police and they said I can file a harassment report against her. I feel strongly that my husband is in on her stalking because he does nothing to keep us safe. We have 1 child in common and I have 2 other children from a previous relationship. They are afraid of my husband and this woman. He kept my son away from him. The first time he came to pick up our son, the mistress put in an ACS call and it devastated my children. They are so afraid to live with me. They live with their dad for their safety. I'm at a point that I don't know what to do to keep me and my children safe.
