QUESTION

Upholding Agreement: How to request to mother

Asked on Oct 17th, 2015 on Family Law - Florida
More details to this question:
Our agreement stats our daughter (4y/o) can go to a "christian" school but it is up to the mother to pay for tuition. If she can't afford it, the better school district will be the next choice, which is mine (A+ rating). My question: What communication can I use to do this request? I have texted her when we were having a conversation and she stated I needed to send it by certified mail.

If your agreement does not specifically state what means of communication to use, you can notify her in writing via email/text. If the mother cannot afford to sign up the child for a christian school, you can proceed to sign her up for the school that is rated highest as per your agreement. Best of Luck, Helena Y.
