More details to this question:
My CA registration is due by 3/26/14 and I am temporarily living with parents in another state. Paperwork has been filed for dissoulution in CA but I am in NV what do I do?

This is not a family law question . . . . It is probably easiest to call the CA DMV and ask; there is probably a procedure for folks temporarily out of state.
