More details to this question:
I'm the custodial parent, I have problem getting the non custodial parent to follow a visitation schedule, we have one at the court from 5 years ago. I also tried to adjusted for him over the past year 5 times. Still he calls last minute demands to see her wants me to change my plans all the time or makes plans with our child and doesn't tell me what can I do do I have to send out child with him is this something I can do. I read somewhere that if there is no visitation schedule there is no visitation I could be wrong can you please confirm

You will probably need to go back to court to file either to enforce an existing court order or to modify it. You can inform the court of the other parent's refusal to abide by the schedule and the court can impose conditions such as "if you don't notify the custodial parent of a change of plans in 24 hours the custodial parent can suspend the visit or some other type of restriction or suspension of visits.
