More details to this question:
So the visitation my daughter and I have is 3 days a week 4 hours a day with unsupervised visits My ex went to the courthouse with her attorney's paperwork and the judge wrote down on the paper modification will be three visits 4 hours per visit with professional supervision then it says we'll be set for hearing on September 27th so does that mean the original order still stands till September 27th which means I don't have to have supervision or does the new one stand it kind of confuses me

I'm confused too.  You should return to court and request a "minute order" issued at the last hearing which should clarify the judge's orders.
