I live in San Antonio my son goes to Houston every summer with his grandmother. His father lives here and he is refusing to bring my child home. He says he's in a better school there and he's going to keep him in it. I need him home because he has ADHA/ADD and he needs to start treatment before school start. What should I do?

Are court orders already in place? If not, you may have to file suit in family court to get enforceable orders.
