Asked on Dec 19th, 2013 on Family Law - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
If I live in Pennsylvania and my children lives in Florida. Where do I file for visitation? How do I go about it? I'm not rich nor do I have a lot of money, but I do pay child support very month. Is there any way that I can go about this without a lawyer? I want alternate holidays, summers and birthdays? Does this lower the support paid? My children mother will not let me see them, because of that and do not want to go to mediation either. HELP!

You must file in the county where the children live. You can call the custody office in that county courthouse and ask for assistance in filing on your own.   This response is provided as general legal information only and does not form an attorney-client relationship.
