Hi. My son's father passed away about a year and half ago. His parents haven't really been apart of my sons life. If they tried, would they be able to get visitation rights to my son without me present?
It may be possible but the dangers that may be present can be shown to the court if necessary to prevent unsupervised visitation. If needed, consult with a family lawyer to discuss. If we can help let me know. We are in Dallas.
