Asked on Feb 17th, 2018 on Family Law - Indiana
More details to this question:
I am physically unable to drive to pick up my child at our agreed upon location for my visitations. I was hit by a car on January 16th 2018 and am under doctors orders of no driving and am non weight bearing on my right leg/foot. Does my ex have to bring our child all the way to me for drop off and pick up? Thank you, Josie Smith

Thank You for posting your question, Josie. How long is your no driving restriction?  You can certainly ask your ex to bring the child for you during your injury, your ex can be really spitefull and refuse. In which case, you will have to ask the court to make that change and or just wait till your leg/foot heals to be driving again. We are based in New York but we do provide services in your state, as well as have monthly payment plans available.
