I don't want current nor back child support from my ex. Currently married & happy and daughter wants to change her name to her new dad. How to accomplish this.

You can go to the attorney general and let them know. They can draft the necessary order forgiving all support. However, unless the biological father agrees, your child may not be able to change her name.
