We are not divorced but going down that road my wife spends Friday and Saturday night staying at a guy she ia seeing can this fact help me win ?

I am not divorced yet my wife now is staying at some guy she is seeing house every Friday and Saturday night without communicating while I as the father am left to handle and take care of our two kids . This ordeal is very frustrating and part of why I want primary custody.. will this new ordeal help me as I seek this out

If your wife is not communicating about your childrens' care that could be an element for the court to decide the custody arrangement.
