I got a temp maintenace worksheet calculation from lawyer. not divorced yet, now husband is telling me its a guideline that judge decides amount. married 27 years i have no income He wants to give me 200 dollars a week his income is about 114,000.00

It is a guideline - but it's one that is followed unless there's a good reason not to follow it.
