My husband and I are seperating. He does not want to leave the house and neither do I, but I wsnt him to leave because he has somewhere to go and I do not. I have full custody of our daughters from a separation 10 years ago and now Ive filed for full custody of our son because he threatens to take him all the time. My husband is a heavy drinker and doesn't come home most nights. There is alot of fussing and fighting and I want it over with. What should I do from here about seperating and custody?
