What are my parental rights if my husband has two DUIs?

I live in Alabama and I have two children with my husband. I am about to divorce him and I want his parental rights taken away from him. He has three felonies two dui's and just was charged with another felony. He also has overdosed twice with the US in the home and he almost died and was in a coma both times. He also falls a sleep driving and with cigarettes. The kids sit and watch him slur his eyes roll back in his head and he stumbles. I have plenty of witnesses that have seen him do this that will testify in court.
