What are my rights as a spouse of a military member who has asked me for a divorce?

More details to this question:
My husband is a staff Sargent in the Marines he has been in the military for 10 yrs. he recently came home one night and out of the blue asked me for a divorce ( I have been diagnosed with RA, Sjorgrens Syndrome and Reynards in November of 2015) and that is one of the many reasons he wants a divorce, he said that he doesn't want to be married to a sick woman. We have 2 children 9 and 6 yrs old. The past 2 months he may come home once or twice a week. There are many times that I have called him and texted him to pick up groceries for us and he doesn't respond and most of the time doesn't come home. When he does come home around 11 or 12 midnight he is drunk most of the time. He also said that he will pay child support but will not pay any spousal support and that I should ask my parents to pay for me. He doesn't think we need a lawyer and wants to do the divorce himself I think I need a lawyer due to the fact that I am entitled to spousal and medical insurance which he said no to.
