What are my rights if I've been with my husband for 25 years but married for only 3 months?

My husband put me out of the home a month ago with no means of money transportation, basically has made me homeless. I have been with him 25 years but only married for 3 months. I want to know if im entitled to half of everything we have purchased over the years, even though its all in his name. He will not allow me to stay in our home, which i have been told he can not legally put me out, but he will not let me go back for any reason. I am basically homeless, and i need to know that once we became legally married is it true that 50% of all property and money became mine as well? I'm seeking to get a divorce and would like to know what my legal rights are, and if 50% of everything became mine,,,,,Thank you
