It was on November 9, 2012. My husband has been abusing me physically. I am six months pregnant and he continued to beat on me. I have packed all my things and left. Is it too late for me to get an annulment?

Most probably, but it can be requested. What you really need is to be rid of him, leave NOW.

You are married and pregnant. Unless he lied about being single or something like that, you are probably not eligible for an annulment. However, if you get divorced you will probably get child support, assuming you can prove that your baby should not be around him. If the circumstances are right, you may even get spousal support. Call the Idaho State Bar for a referral. You may also want to call the Women and Children Alliance or the Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Abuse.

You do not qualify for an annulment, domestic violence is not a reason for annulment. It is a lot easier to just get a divorce.

Maybe. However since I don't know when you were married I don't know if you legally qualify for an annulment. You can however file for divorce, Florida is a no fault divorce state and you can file for one right away. I also suggest you file for a order for protection.

Your factual situation does not meet the criteria for an annulment. You would file for a divorce.

You can't get an annulment but you can get a divorce. You had a valid marriage consummated it and there doesn't sound like any fraud that went to the heart if the marriage so annulment won't work.

You must file for a divorce. Did you ever call the police? File a motion for a Personal Protection Order against and attach a police report to the Motion, if you have one.

You can not get an annulment on those grounds in North Carolina. In North Carolina a husband can beat his wife all day long and it won't be grounds for an annulment.
