QUESTION

What are the chances of getting shared physical placement?

Asked on Aug 06th, 2014 on Child Custody - Wisconsin
More details to this question:
Ex-wife move to Wisconsin taking our kids with her 12 yrs. ago, our divorce and visitation schedule was done in 2008. I have kids every summer for 10 weeks and every odd Christmas vacation, I’m current on child support, I fly for parent teacher conferences, I email with kids teachers weekly, I have a great relationship with my kids ages 12 and 14. I’m moving to Wisconsin 10 minutes from there schools, I want shared physical placement, but ex-wife won’t agree to it she said she will only agree to every other weekend day no sleeping over because she knows kids who don’t do well with switching homes. Kids have just gone back to Wisconsin from there summer vacation here with me and kids always do great with me. I don’t drink smoke nor do drugs haven’t been arrested. Ex-wife doesn’t even want to mediate she wants to go straight to a judge so they can decide what’s best. Will her reason hold up in court or do I have a chance at shared physical placement?
