What are the Rights of a Non Biological Father's?

More details to this question:
I now discovered that I'm not the biological father of my 11 year old daughter, she calls me dad from day one. Mother's husband (they are going through) divorce, now want to claim full custody, because mother wants to. What are might as the father in IL? Most the time I had 100% travel job, hence, my daughter has a strong relationship with uncle (who is the biological father).

There is case law precedent in IL that could support any parental rights you might want to pursue (custody, visitation, etc.).
