What are the son’s dad chances if he disappeared for almost 3 years now and want him to sleep over every weekend?

He only this year started coming around here and there but we always worked it out until he filed for parenting plan to have him nights. He has never been alone at night with him.

So you explain the whole history to the court and do a graduated parenting plan. Eventually (if there are no bases for restrictions) he will get overnights, but likely not right away.
