What belongings does my husband get when we separate?

My husband left me 2 weeks ago I went the house its housing commission. He’s got he’s cloths but what else does he get in the house. He is telling me what he wants do I give it 2 him and can he take me to court for any reason. We don’t own much the value is about 5000 dollars we are not divorced yet till next march that’s what he wants can you help answer.
