Divorce decree clearly states percentage of pension asset and time frame for ex-spouse, states it to be her responsibility. Pension plans changes many times over the new 20 years. I retired taking a lump sum and roll it into an IRA. I also remarried 3 years after my divorce. I am still married and wife is the beneficiary on IRA. I want to challenge this in court.
Not sure what you want to challenge here. If you saying that you rolled over into your IRA a portion of the pension that the decree said would be hers, you shouldn't have done that. If you are saying that she is seeking to take part of the pension that is not hers, any family lawyer can help you with that. Either way, trying to do something yourself is a recipe for disaster.
