What can I do about getting my son back?

More details to this question:
Back in 2008, I got my son from his mother because she was on drugs and on the street I had him for four years had him in school. I sent him out to TX for Christmas being nice now she won't give him back we had court order child support that I pay but when I got him I was talking to the child support office they stop all payment and sent me a paper saying I'm the cp and she the ncp they say I have custody but she saying I don't I live in GA she lives in TX.

Only a court can modify a custody agreement and child support. You must go back to court and petition for primary custody. You will need a lawyer, however, because , it appears there is a jurisdictional issue, of which court is the correct court to petition.
