What can I do about my ex wife who has an OP on me but harasses me and asks for help with the kids?

More details to this question:
I have been separated from my wife for the past year and a half. She put an order of protection on me and claimed I abused to so she can get into a shelter however she constantly calls asking me to help her out with our kids but when she doesn't get her way or I say something she doesn't like, she wants to have me arrested. She always needs me to pick up the kids and claims that if I donโt, they will starve or be left at school. We recently signed the divorce papers but she had them cancelled after she found out I had a new girlfriend and she has been harassing my girlfriend as well. However, as much as I want to stay away, I feel that I have to take care of my kids but I don't want to be around her because at any time she will call the police. Please help me figure out what to do.
Get an attorney, generate the proof she has made and is threatening additional false claims, get control of your life and do the best for your children.
What you do is hire an attorney and seek custody of your children. You will have to prove to the court that you are not an abuser and that it is in the best interest of your children to be with you.
Your statements don't make any sense if you are in North Carolina. A divorce in North Carolina isn't something you both just sign off on and if the divorce was granted, its not something she can simply cancel on a whim. As to the remainder of your problem - stay away from her and have no contact with her whatsoever. If you must have contact with her because of the children use a mutual family member or friend. Also, start documenting her conduct and the welfare of the children. Get an attorney and look into he possibility of getting custody of your children. If you want to divorce her that can be done for a flat rate fee of $395 which will cover everything needed for a standard uncontested divorce.
