what can i do if my children were taken from children and youth services 1 week ago for false allegations and now they are mistreating all of them?

Our children were removed from the home because i was present in the home which violated a temporary pfa filed by child advocacy lawyers. I have not had a hearing to defend myself and their claims are untrue. Now they are all in a christiam based home and the staff are grabbing my 3 year olds arm and yelling at him. That never happened on our home. He is being mistreated everyday and is very unhappy. This is all being reported to us from our 15 yr old stepdaughter. What can be done immediately?
