What can I do if my father's Will left me money and adopted parents stole it?

My father will left me money to receive at 18 or 25 if I was not in college. 5 days before turning 18 my adopted parents tricked me into singing my inheritance into their joint banking account at age 17. Can I sue for my money? I would like it to go to school with. My adopted mother is pretending she has no idea what is going on. The court house has my fathers will and the bank has the records.

As a minor it is not clear that your signing a paper waived your rights. They should have held the money in a fiduciary capacity, and asking you to sign a waiver may be a breach of that duty.
