What can I do on a foreign prenuptial agreement?

More details to this question:
I am currently going through divorce in Washington State and have a question related to my prenuptial agreement signed in Europe. Is it legal in my state given that 1) No attorney was representing me at the signature. 2) There has not been any declaration of assets or debts at time of signature. 3) My husband did not respect one important clause of the agreement that family expenses needed to be shared proportionally to our salaries?

Pre-nuptial agreements are disfavored in Wa. state. Given the deficiencies you mention, you will most likely need an attorney to enforce or challenge the same.
