What can I do regarding a misleading scam operation?

More details to this question:
If a parent of a 2 year old is having a fundraiser/benefit for their child at a local establishment for heart disease and the child does not have heart disease and the child is perfectly healthy per their doctor and they are charging a cover charge to enter the fundraiser/benefit is it against the law?

This is posted under false pretenses. No way is this a child custody matter. How would you know that the child has no heart disease?
