I live in Wichita KS. I have four children. A man is is threatening me with a paternity suit for my 6 year old daughter. I had a brief affair while my husband was incarcerated. And he is the only father she has ever known and has his last name. I have very little money and this could destroy my family.

The biological probably cannot win unless there is some evidence that he did not know he had a child. Looks like this could get messy so contact a lawyer first.
