I let my daughter spend 2 nights with her father and I was supposed to pick her up Monday morning but my daughter's father refuses to return my daughter to me. My daughter's father verbally agreed to the 2 nights my daughter would stay with him and let he come home on Monday, today is Thursday and my daughter is still with her father. What advice can you give me on this type of situation.

You need to talk to an attorney immediately. You will need to file in court to get your child back. You should also call the police - if you are not married, you have primary custody.
