I'm dealing with a huge case but my main concern is that my daughters father has cps involved he's put her through rape kits for nothing and in his words it's because he don't trust me. I have gotten a ppo on him and he has visitation tomorrow for a week I'm am highly against taking her to him due to all the emotional and physical damage he has already caused her. What should I do?

Brooke, child custody cases are not fun or relaxing at all unless you get what you want. There is a possibility that you can request the court to modify the custody and visitation arrangement.
