So two weeks ago, my wife decided to take my daughter and leave while I was sleeping... She left me with all the bills including 2 months rent we were behind... 10 days after trying to get her to go to marriage councilling and anything else to try and work things out I changed locks on house... I allowed her to come in and gather her belongings... Now she wants half of everything I owned before we were married... What do I do? I really wish she would have given out 2 yr marriage a chance to get better....

What you should do is contact a local divorce attorney ASAP. She is not entitled to property owned by you prior to the marriage.
