More details to this question:
Hi I had a trial in NJ Superior Court in 2 counties as the Judge was transferred. He also wrote up the motion and dated it on 12/29/17 & I didn’t receive it for almost 3 weeks. When I did, the attorney I was using left out a page & I had taken it to another attorney to go over to see what my options were. They didn’t inform me until this Thursday pm that they needed a check for 30k certified or the attorney wouldn’t get on the phone to talk to me. I’m on my last day & have no idea what to do. I need to file something with the appellate court or I’m going to lose my chance of appealing the decision which was so obvious from the day 1 of meeting this Judge something was very wrong. I was right & he told me he would hurt me. He turned off the recordings many times & I did ask for the recordings from the court that they use in case of issues with Judges & staff or something. But it’ll show What the judge threatened & did to make my real attorney recuse herself. I’m desperate.
