What documentation do I need in order to remarry?

More details to this question:
I married in 2001, separated a few years after and my ex-husband took care of the divorce papers when he moved to another state. I now want to remarry but wonder what documentation I will need to provide before I marry again. I don't have contact with my ex, what will be the best way to go about this. Thanks!

You need a copy of a document called Notice of Entry of Judgment from the court that granted the divorce.
