QUESTION

What does the term “good serve” mean?

Asked on Sep 04th, 2012 on Divorce - Arkansas
More details to this question:
I was told by a family member that a friend had emailed her that her ex-husband (meaning the friend’s ex) had subpoenaed a family member. The friend was told by her ex's lawyer. My family member was told it was "good serve" and has not received any kind of paper work. Is this possible. The state is Arkansas, and I have never heard of this term.
