Asked on Mar 15th, 2019 on Child Support - Texas
More details to this question:
My kids father has not been served for court hearing and has missed 3 court dates. The third time they dismissed the case due to him not getting served. He is now on back child support owing more than 50k. He is currently working but his employer pays him cash. What else can I do if he keeps hiding to get served?

You would have to hire an attorney to file into the case on your behalf. Your attorney could have the father served through a private process server who doesn't give up until the person is served. Your attorney could also subpoena the father's employer and bank records to get income information and make sure child support is set correctly.
