I am seeking a Divorce from my husband of 28 yrs. He made a complete & utter mess of our finances among everything else. I am seeking to keep the house. I am a Nanny and often work here @ home. In the future I hope to be a Foster parent with the state of NY. My husband has several Liens - against him - not me on this house. In a divorce how does a Lien situation play out?
