California is a no fault divorce state. Your rights are the same regardless of who did what to whom. You are entitled to one-half of all assets and debts acquired during marriage except thing that were received by gift or inheritance. Depending on the length of the marriage you should receive spousal support if your husband has greater income than you. You should meet and talk with a family law attorney in your community right away to protect your rights.

California is a no fault state. Infidelity has no hearing on what you would receive in a divorce action.
