What if I don't return divorce papers

If you do not return the divroce papers, then the other party will get divorced without your involvment. Additionally, the court may have jurisdiction to divide real and/or personal property and order spousal/child support. There is no doubt that the divorce process is difficult, but ignoring the process will likely result in an outcome that you are not agreeable to.  Do not hestitate to contact my office at 617-410-6467 for additional information.
