what is considered malpractice

More details to this question:
when is it considered, if your lawyer does not provide paperwork that was court ordered 10 days after you divorce - July 1- it's Jan. 29th and you still dont have what was promised i was awarded a house and it's still not legally mine- I gave up my rights to a TD Stock account as a "swap" per se

It may be that the lawyer is not giving you the paperwork because the lawyer has not received what is needed.  You may wind up back in court on a motion to enforce the judgment if you don't have what has been court ordered after this amount of time.
