what percentage is my Ex husband entitled to in my personal injury case in the state of PA?

I had a civil action law suit for a personal injury, we have come to an agreement of settlement, This law suit was initiated when we were married, he being on there as a spouse - however, during the law suit I divorced him - is this personal injury suit considered a marital property in the state of PA? Is he entitled to any of the funds? if he is what is the percentage he may be entitled to?
