Im a legal father of a minor child in another state.i didn't sign birth cert. cause I didn't know till last few yrs I was father.i pay child support yet I have never got to see child nor does mother want me to.i have tried to contact but, door is slammed at every corner.i hav.e no money for lawyer I just wanna know my child...

Since your child lives in another state, you should repost your question in that state because the laws of that state would be applicable. There are legal resources available to people with limited resources but again attorneys in the state where your child lives would have more information to provide.
