I have physical custody of my 17 yr old daughter and she moved out of my home to live with her father. She is not in school and still enrolled in my school district. What legal responsibilities do i have and what do i have to do.

In New York the age at which a child has unfettered discretion to live somewhere else is 18. You should discuss it with the other parent and resolve the issues.
