What should I do to be able to see my newborn son and be granted sole custody so I can be there for him.

Having major issues with custody, parenting time and a divorce and a name change.Son is 3 months old now and I have seen him twice. We had a order made on Oct 1 and then remade on Oct 17 and then divorced on the 18th, I did not even no if it was my child until I did paternity and got results Aug 18th proving I was the bio father of Jacob. His mom has denied me being a part of anything even during pregnancy completely pushed me out and has even stated that I'm nit his dad and that her boyfriend is which we have had continually issues with this. Brittany also named my son after him Jacob even though we announced his name together when we first found out publicly which I have proofs and documented of everything since pregnancy. I am feeling alienated as my sons father, I am never given an choice with anything that comes to him, I have seen no legal information on him, medical mouthing when it comes to that. Also, recently Brittany denied my court ordered parenting time a 4th time Thursday

It definitely sounds like you are going to have to deal with a number of significant legal issues. I would want to review the Order before going too detailed into my advice, but it sounds like you will need to bring this matter in front of the Court and FoC. With the child being so young, it sounds like you may be dealing with this type of issue for a long time. Your best choice s to address it now, which is exactly what you are going.
