What should we do about my cousin being abused?

More details to this question:
My cousin was adopted by our uncle and aunt because her birth mother was on drugs. Now 6 years later, she's being abused by my uncle and aunt. What can I do? My uncle had brain surgery so he's not 100 percent sure of right and wrong I believe. And his wife has always been rather heartless when it comes to his side of the family.

In Louisiana you should report suspected child abuse to the Department of Childrens' and Family Services. If he's in immediate danger, you should call the local police or dial 911.
