More details to this question:
April 2017 my ex wife and I separated only because I found out several times she's been unfaithful since then my children have done a complete 360 then I'm performing in school like they used to the grades are failing when it comes to homework no one helps them with their homework like I did. When the kids come with me on my days I make sure they do their homework I talk to the teachers I get involved with her school work everyone at the school knows who I am and what I do for my children yet the mother just wants the kids to collect child support to use them on income tax and to get as much money as she can she used to work but she quit her job and she's been basically living off of food stamps and her current new boyfriend I try to report her for welfare fraud but it doesn't seem like that's helping any. She has five kids getting assistance for all of them yet only three live with her the kids want to come live with me because their mom doesn't feed them she sells her food stamps

Sounds like you need an attorney that specializes in defending fathers like my office. However, we are in New York and do travel for cases, which is not cheap. However, if you are willing to represent yourself in court and or if you are in one the counties where we do have a partner attorney we can send them out on our behalf for your case. I don't know how other attorneys would view your case, as we have an expertise and specialize in defending fathers, to me it seems an easy case. She might get herself a free pro bono attorney which might only make the process a bit longer than usual, compared to if she would be paying a lawyer. I would like to know more about the case details to see if there is anything we can do to assist you and or if you would like to work with us. Above answer and comments to questions are for general purposes only and does not constitute legal advice or establishes an attorney-client relationship without a signed retainer. Please reach out to an attorney you are comfortable with working and discussing your case in more details.
