Me and my ex were together for 4 1/2 years and he pistol whipped me and strangled me. This is his first ever charges. He's currently facing these 3 charges - 1) 784.045(1)(A)2...* DV-AGGRAVATED BATTERY DEADLY WEAPON 2) 784.041(2)* DV-BATTERY BY STRANGULATION 3) 784.021(1)(A)...* DV-AGGRAVATED ASSAULT W/O INTENT . Could he be facing time in jail or will he get a slap on the wrist?
