What would I be entitled to after a 19 year marriage.

About 10 months ago my husband reunited with a female cousin from Mexico. Ever since then they have taken vacations together. She has brought her 2 kids here to California last month for a vacation.. My husband has never included me in these vacations. We have had issues in our marriage. But nothing like this has made us part as much as we are now. He and she have made future vacations together and financial plans together. This whole situation makes me feel very uncomfortable. I have expressed my feelings to my husband but his only concern is his cousins cousin NOT finding out what we are going through. I no longer can take this disrespect from my husband. I need to see what my options are before March 2018, their next vacation.

It’s sad and unfortunate but you need to face realty and speak to a Family Law Attorney right away to protect your 1/2 or more of the property and finances you have. He will spend it if you do nothing. Look for a good divorce attorney and protect your portion of everything you have.
